In Year 8 we follow the Worcestershire Agreed Syllabus. This allows our students to answer some BIG questions. The big questions that we study in Year 8 are listed below:
- How can people express the spiritual through music and art?
- Why is there suffering? Are there any good solutions?
- Does religious help people to be good?
- Can we prove God’s existence?
In addition to studying these big questions students will also start to develop key GCSE RE skills that will help to accelerate progress in RE and also support their transition to GCSE RE which we begin in Year 9.
