The form group is an important aspect of every students’ provision. Form time takes place for 10 minutes every morning and 25 minutes every afternoon, providing 2 hours 55 mins of valuable curriculum space per week. The form tutor plays a key role in supporting, mentoring, monitoring and challenging students to achieve their best.

The tutor programme supports and develops students in the following areas:

• Enhancing the Christian ethos of the school
• Collective worship
• Character development
• Developing reading
• Supporting progress through learning conversations and/or mentoring
• Being ready to learn – equipment / uniform / attendance and punctuality / behaviour

Programme:

8.40am -8.50am every day – Registers, collective worship, ready to learn checks

1.45pm-2.10pm
