Hello everyone!
My name is Mrs Jones and I have the privilege of being Assistant Head Teacher, in charge of Behaviour and Ethos, at Dyson Perrins.
An important aspect of my role, is to ensure the smooth transition for all students, from their respective primary schools, as they join us for their exciting new journey through high school.
The priority for me throughout this process, is to ensure that all students feel happy, safe and secure, from the beginning of Year 7. Through working closely with primary schools in getting to know your children, we aim to achieve a seamless transition. In addition, working together with all parents, we will achieve a successful transition, building upon this throughout the first year, ensuring the very best for every student.
Effective communication between home and school and working together in partnership, will ensure that students are happy and will enjoy successful outcomes.
I will encourage all students to embrace the opportunities offered to them. Every day I will expect them to be ready for learning, conducting themselves safely and with respect and kindness for others. In doing this, I have every confidence that your children will flourish during their time with us.
I look forward to working with you all from September.
